Hammarabi's motto is cruel but original. I still like our generation better other than the pollution part

Yes, Hammarabi's Laws do seem cruel now; but, he was the first person to think of creating a set of laws to govern people so we have to give him credit for that.

I don't think people in Mesopotamia thinks is cruel in Hammurabi's law, because Hammurabi was the person who make up a civilization FIRST. But I'm sure most of the people now thinks Hammurabi's law is REALLY REALLY cruel.
